- Analytics Tokens: Cookie identifiers, user activity sessions on our websites, and general analytics usage patterns.
3. Customer-Controlled Business Data (Employee Monitoring)
Subject to customer-specific administrative configuration, E360 Workforce Agent processes the following customer-controlled business and employee information:
- Employee Identifiers: Staff names, emails, system usernames, and active status tracking.
- Attendance & Work Logs: Clock-in/out times, session durations, activity/inactivity metrics, and idle durations.
- Diagnostics & Productivity: Active window titles, application package usage statistics, network connections, web domains visited, and administrative settings.
- Device Locations: GPS/Approximate geographic location logs of registered company-owned devices (where activated by the client).
Note: GV Systems acts strictly as a technology provider and Data Processor for employee monitoring data. The subscribing customer organization acts as the Data Fiduciary/Controller and is solely responsible for notifying employees and obtaining requisite consents.
4. Purpose of Data Collection
We process collected data for legitimate business purposes including:
- Provisioning and maintaining E360 and VelVyntra accounts and software features.
- Processing enquiry forms, booking meetings, and validating subscriptions.
- Resolving customer concerns and deploying system updates.
- Securing our cloud infrastructure, detecting fraud, and logging security events.
- Fulfilling corporate taxation, accounting, audit, and legal mandates.
5. Data Security Measures
To guard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or leakage, we enforce modern security protocols:
- Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption for all data transit; AES-256 encryption for database records at rest.
- Access Management: Strict role-based access controls (RBAC) and mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for administrative roles.

Customer-controlled monitoring data is purged or archived according to the retention window configured by the subscribing organization.

- Request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer required for the purpose it was collected.
